TOM O’BRIEN
Tom O”Brien was born and raised in Chicago. In 1984, he created Thomas Alarm Systems, an IBEW union electrician for low voltage systems, fire and burglar alarms, closed circuit TV, card access, phone systems and voice data networking.
PAT CLYNE
Pat Clyne is the President of the Institute of Marine Archaeological Conservation (IMAC). He is active in various political conferences and debates involving the interests of the private salvor in researching and recovering our maritime heritage.
TIM WICBURG
Capt. Tim Wicburg has been a licensed 100 ton Master Captain since 1993. He ran private and commercial charters, and ran 115’ supply vessel for oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico from 2006-2008.
JON HAZELBAKER
Capt. Jon Hazelbaker is the founder of Hammerhead Marine Services, LLC from April 1999 to present. The company was founded to provide Commercial Diving and Marine Construction Consultation to the Marine Contracting Industry.
KEVIN MCGREGOR
1988 – Present: Delta Airlines B-727 Flight Engineer, L-1011 Flight Engineer, and presently is a 767 ER International Co-Pilot (based at JFK). Kevin was also part of the investigation of the legendary 1948 DC-4 crash in Alaska.
BRIAN ULLMAN
At age 28, now a Master Carpenter, Brian started his own cabinet and millwork installation company working for some of Chicago’s largest and most expensive homes. Some of Tom’s work is even featured in Chicago Home & Garden magazine!
MARK CASEY
Mark is the nephew of Staff Sgt. Kittiko, one of the airmen who perished aboard the B26. He has written a book on the events. He retired from daily journalism after 45 years in a variety of reporting, editing, producing, and management positions.
TRACEY MILLER
Tracy researched and was responsible for locating families of the lost crew members. She was surface support during the initial search and salvage, and later participated in the dive crew during the underwater forensic investigation work.
